Are these Fugglers real?

Yes. They are 100% authentic. Real teeth, real attitude, real chaos. We only sell genuine Fuggler products — no imposters allowed.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship our mischievous monsters worldwide. No matter where you live, a Fuggler can find you.

How long will my Fuggler take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Good things (and slightly creepy smiles) are worth the wait.

How can I track my order?

Once your Fuggler is on the move, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Follow its journey as it travels to its new home.

What if I change my mind?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Just make sure your Fuggler hasn’t started causing trouble yet.

Why do they look… like that?

Because normal is boring. Fugglers are proudly ugly, weird, and wonderfully unique. That’s exactly the point.

Are they good for gifts?

Absolutely. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or surprising someone with something delightfully strange.

Are Fugglers safe for children?

Most Fuggler plush toys are suitable for ages 3+. Please check each product page for specific safety details.

Will limited editions restock?

Limited means limited. Once they’re gone, they might not come back. If you love it, don’t wait too long.
